Campaign terms and conditions
Special offer: Kitchen included for first time bookers!
As part of the campaign, our partner Baltest mööbel OÜ offers kitchen furniture.
The price of kitchen furniture including VAT is distributed as follows:
- 1-bedroom up to 35 m² – 5000 €
- 2-bedroom up to 60 m² – 8000 €
- 3-bedroom from 60 m² – 10 000 €
- 4 and 5 bedrooms from 90 m² – 12 000 €
The price includes kitchen furniture and fittings with a choice of materials, except for appliances and sanitary fittings. If the final price of the kitchen furniture exceeds the specified amount, the buyer covers the difference directly to Baltest mööbel OÜ. If the final price of the kitchen furniture is lower than the specified amount, the buyer may use the unused amount to purchase kitchen appliances only through Baltest mööbel OÜ. The campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash. The offer is only valid for bookings at Soodi 6 upon signing a reservation agreement. Only one current discount can be used per booking and discounts cannot be combined. The “Kitchen Included” campaign starts on 06/18/2024 and lasts until the first 10 bookers sign a booking contract.
