A paid reservation agreement is concluded with the buyer for the selected apartment. The reservation becomes effective once the reservation fee of €5,000 has been received in the developer’s bank account. The reservation is valid for a fixed period until the notarised contract under the law of obligations is signed. For completed apartments, the real right contract is signed within 1 month of concluding the reservation agreement.

A notarised sales contract under the law of obligations is concluded with the buyer, setting out all details of the transaction. As a prerequisite for signing the contract under the law of obligations, the buyer must have paid at least 10% (ten percent) of the purchase price.

Once the apartment is ready for handover, a notarised real right contract is signed, the buyer pays the remaining balance of the purchase price, and possession of the apartment is transferred to the buyer in accordance with the terms of the notarised contract.
